Shipping & delivery

Every order is dispatched from either our UK stock or our overseas warehouse, depending on which can get your camera to you fastest.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on where you live. Orders travelling from our overseas warehouse sit at the longer end of that range.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and any available services are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duty or local taxes set by your country. These are charged by your local customs authority, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order hasn’t arrived

Tracking sometimes goes quiet for a few days in transit — that is normal and usually resolves itself. If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us at ewan.evans077@gmail.com with your order number and we will either resend it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
