Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Adventure Mini Cam. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us
This site is operated by Adventure Mini Cam, 349 Northway, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 3RT. You can contact us at ewan.evans077@gmail.com.
2. Placing an order
Adding an item to your basket and paying is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example the item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately, but if we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you a different amount.
4. Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours can vary slightly between screens. This camera is a simple consumer device sold on the basis described; it is not represented as professional photographic equipment.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales are set out on our shipping page. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays outside our control can happen. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your right to cancel and our returns policy are set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
7. Age
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this site fraudulently, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
